Payment & Cancellation
No credit card and no payment required to book — you pay the driver directly. The price you agree with the driver upfront is the price you pay.
Payment
- No advance payment.
- Single Day Hire: 100% payment on day of travel.
- 2 to 9 Days Hire: 50% payment on first day and 50% on last day.
- 10 Days or More: 40% payment on first day, 30% in the middle and 30% on last day.
Cancellation Policy
Free to cancel up to 2 days before start date. 50% of total cost to be paid to driver if cancelling within 2 days of start date. If the booking is cancelled on or after the travel start date, 100% of the total amount will be required.
