By using this platform you agree to these Terms. The platform facilitates introductions between travellers and independent drivers/operators; the transport contract is made directly between you and the driver.

Our role

We are a marketplace. We are not the carrier and do not operate vehicles. Drivers are independent providers responsible for their services, licences and insurance.

Bookings & prices

The price agreed at booking is the price you pay the driver directly. No payment is taken on the platform unless stated. The Booked Price Guarantee applies as described on its page.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate booking details and a reachable WhatsApp number.
Treat drivers respectfully and follow local laws.

Reviews

Reviews must be genuine and based on real trips. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent or unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers or travellers. Our liability for the platform itself is limited as set out here.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Hire Terms

Tour Requirements

Inclusive distance 150 km per day for durations of more than 2 days. E.g. 10 days × 150 km per day = 1,500 km total inclusive distance. Some days can exceed 150 km if required.
If a higher total distance is required, communicate it in advance before booking.
The normal maximum driver duty day is 10 hours. The itinerary can include some early starts and late finishes. If required more frequently, communicate in advance.

Vehicle Terms

The vehicle will be one of the vehicles shown at the time of booking. A direct equivalent or higher specification vehicle can be used. Excessive luggage requirements should be communicated in advance before booking.

Fully Inclusive

The driver agrees to make the following items fully inclusive within the total cost:

Meet at airport with name board.
Good condition vehicle with working air conditioning.
Professional English-speaking driver.
Fuel and insurance costs.
Driver food and accommodation.
All parking charges and highway tolls.
All taxes.

The following items are not included unless specified by the driver:

Guest accommodation.
Driver tips.
Entrance or guide fees at attractions.
Transport to Horton Plains NP (multi-day only).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are set by each individual driver. Please check the cancellation policy on the driver's profile page before booking.

Standard Payments

No advance payment.

Single Day Hire: 100% payment on day of travel.
2 to 9 Days Hire: 50% payment on first day and 50% on last day.
10 Days or More: 40% payment on first day, 30% in the middle and 30% on last day.

Payments in Currencies other than USD

If you choose to pay in a currency other than USD, please discuss with the driver in advance whether the applicable exchange rate will be agreed beforehand or determined on the day of travel. If you decide the rate on the day, you may refer to our daily reference rates: Exchange Rates.
